The Malaysia Room on the 10th floor of The University of Cambodia was inaugurated by H.E. Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia and co-inaugurate by Dr. Y Ratana, VP for Academic Affairs of The University of Cambodia.

Dr. Santo Darmosumarto, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Kingdom of Cambodia with the topic: "Transformation of Historical Ties Between Indonesia and Cambodia into a Concrete Bilateral Cooperation Across Sectors"
